Our Extended Day program at Gladwyne Montessori provides students with opportunities for further exploration and socialization in a safe and nurturing environment. Whether they're delving into hands-on science experiments, participating in creative arts and crafts projects, or enjoying outdoor playtime, our dedicated staff ensures that every moment is filled with fun and enriching activities.
With flexible scheduling options to accommodate diverse family needs, our Extended Day program seamlessly integrates with our Montessori philosophy, promoting independence, curiosity, and a love for learning beyond the traditional school hours.
Early Care
Beginning at 7:30 a.m.
The goal of the Before School Program at Gladwyne Montessori is to provide a warm and enriching environment for students before their school day begins. This offering supports families by ensuring children have a safe, structured setting each morning. Children engage in meaningful activities and social interactions that encourage a calm and purposeful start to the day. With a mix of guided play and early educational opportunities, the program helps students feel grounded, connected, and ready to learn. After Care & Study Hall
Stay until 4:00, 5:00, or 6:00 p.m.
The goal of the After School Program is to provide quality care in a familiar school setting, with a focus on growth, exploration, and connection. Students participate in a variety of structured and unstructured activities, including outdoor recreation and indoor play. Elementary students have the option to join Study Hall, a developmentally appropriate environment where they can complete homework and choose from enriching projects or relaxing free time.
