Tuition Assistance

The primary responsibility for tuition lies with parents or guardians. Tuition assistance is designed to bridge the gap when full payment is not possible—not replace a family’s contribution entirely.

Any financial support from extended family or outside sources (e.g., grandparents, community scholarships) must be disclosed. If funding is discovered after the fact, awards may be adjusted. Families are expected to pursue all reasonable funding sources before relying on school-based assistance.

Any legal guardian must provide financial documentation, even if separated or divorced. The school evaluates ability to contribute, not willingness.

If one parent is no longer involved in the child’s life, legal documentation (e.g., court order) is required to exclude them from the process.

All financial data is confidential and not shared between households.

Families who wish to appeal their tuition assistance decision must do so in writing, addressed to the Tuition Assistance Committee. Appeals should include updated or additional financial context not previously submitted.

Families may also be eligible for outside scholarships or financial aid programs, such as:

Please report any awards received on your tuition assistance application.

Tuition assistance awards are reviewed annually and may be adjusted if a family’s financial situation significantly changes.

• If a family experiences a major setback, we’ll work with you to maintain continuity.

• If your situation improves substantially, the award may be reduced accordingly.

• Families are expected to make other lifestyle adjustments when seeking assistance for private education.
