Gladwyne Montessori offers programs for children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years old, including Infant, Toddler, Primary, and Lower and Upper Elementary levels.

The admissions process includes an online application, a parent tour, a child visit, and/or an interview with members of our Administration to ensure Gladwyne Montessori is the perfect fit for the child and family.

Yes, Gladwyne Montessori has specific application deadlines. Applications for the upcoming school year should be submitted by December 1.

Class sizes at Gladwyne Montessori vary by program level, but we consistently maintain small class sizes to ensure each student receives personalized attention and support.

To complement our core Montessori curriculum, Gladwyne Montessori offers a diverse array of extracurricular activities, including art, music, physical education, and after-school programs, which change by semester.

Gladwyne Montessori adheres to the Montessori method by offering individualized learning plans, hands-on activities, and a child-centered approach. This fosters independence, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning in each and every one of our students.

Gladwyne Montessori school hours are as follows: Elementary from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Primary and Toddler from 8:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Infants from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

At Gladwyne Montessori, we maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio to ensure each child receives ample attention and support. The ratios are as follows: Infants 1:4, Toddlers 1:5, Primary 1:12, and Elementary 1:10.
