Beyond their college degree and teacher certification, our teachers complete additional Montessori training, usually at one of the many institutes accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education. Our faculty has been trained to guide children in their physical, intellectual and social development and to maintain an atmosphere of courtesy and quiet where children are free to discover and learn on their own.

Physical Education
Students in the Primary division participate in a Kindergym program of exercise and group activities. The Lower and Upper Elementary divisions offer a well designed cooperative and competitive physical education program that includes sports, games, swimming and gymnastics.
