Strategic Plan - - "Building the Future"
In September 2008, the Gladwyne Montessori Board of Trustees unveiled a new, five-year Strategic Plan for our school.
The plan was the culmination of a year-long process which engaged a broad spectrum of the school community at every level and
provided us with the opportunity to come together as a group to define
what we do, the ideals that guide our work and a shared vision of Gladwyne Montessori's'
future. The resulting mission, values and vision reaffirm our
commitment, as a school, to providing excellent Montessori education to
children from ages two to twelve years old.
The work ahead focuses on three strategic goals:
• To Nurture and Support Gladwyne Montessori's' Unique Montessori Program
• To Build and Sustain Strong and Visionary Leadership
• To Augment and Strengthen Gladwyne Montessori's' Resources and Infrastructure
