Extracurricular Activities
Gladwyne Montessori offers all Primary
and Elementary students a wealth of activities to participate in
after-school. Courses are offered in three sessions (Fall, Winter and
Spring) and include classes such as: Chess, Baking, Yoga,
Woodworking, Science Club, Sports, Art, Football and Fencing.
Classes vary each session.
More than just a way to expend energy, these programs are a critical
component of our child-centered approach. Baking allows children to put their math and measuring skills to work in a delicious manner while science club allows children to work together problem solving and exploring the world around us.
Students registered in La Casa receive special pricing for these activities. To learn more, contact Paul Komorowski at 610-649-1761 ext. 125.
Registration for our Fall 2010 Extracurricular Programs is now open. Please note that the registration form needs to be printed, completed and returned to school with payment.
