Montessori trained teachers focus on the child as a
person. Montessori nurtures and inspires the human potential, leading
children to ask questions, think for themselves, explore, investigate, and
discover. The ultimate objective is to help them to prepare and learn how to
learn independently, retaining the curiosity, creativity, and intelligence
with which they were born. Montessori teachers don't simply present lessons;
they are facilitators, mentors, coaches, and guides.
